Aiden House - Family Room NEW OPEN

Great place within very near walking distance to Hongik University. Had everything we needed for our 4 night stay in Seoul. Quiet location too and we had a good sleep every night.

The house is very near to subway, cafe and convenience shop just walking distance 5 minute...and the good for this house they are hv heater cause the floor very harm... and the house near to the street night market..

The house no lift only have stairs...so diffcult to bring up the luaggage..

The location is good. Just when you at Hongaik station, the exit /entrance is a bit confused, for example, how to go exit 4 from exit 6, without tapping card?

No lift will be a problem for elderly. It would be perfect to have well built handle along the staircase.

Perfect, quiet & cozy apartment in Hongdae district, close to a bunch of nice shops and the metro station. A plus is the the green promenade nearby.

The location is very good not far from the shopping center and restaurants. Aiden house is clean and everything is OK. I am happy there is a washing machine to wash the clothes.

The beds are comfy, the facilities are good, location is great! We found a lot of awesome restaurants and shopping areas around.

When we went to the apartment, there was no one there to check-in for us. We even called the host number written on the door, but it did not work until we tried to find other information on the website. And there were still some small bed bugs.

Location was so easy finding and using airport railroad to the airport.

Maybe this place was so new open and not too much traveller knows well. I was found so many dust on blanket and the room. No TV as well. Anyway It was acceptable.

Aiden House is located pretty near from Hongik university station and even Hongdae area. It took only 3mins by walk from exit 6. Aiden was so much helpful and always helped us to stay well there. It was easy to communicate with him. The house was pretty tidy, clean and cozy. It was suitable for our group. Fully furnished and absolutely same as the photos I saw on Booking.com. We definitely enjoyed it! It was a bit hard to bring up to the place because we needed to go up stairs with bags but only 2F, was fine.

Aiden was super helpful and his apartment was very comfortable and fit most of our needs for the weekend. Hot water, comfy beds, clean sheets, and no mold all made for a great stay! No TV though, which would have been nice.

There is a hidden 60,000 won cleaning fee that you don't see until the last payment page and it's hard to see on the bottom left side of the screen. I thought that 60,000 won for a cleaning fee was expensive.

10/10!! Just 10 min walk to the subway/bus station. There are also cafes and shops near the apartment. The place is small yet cozy, clean, and warm. Aiden is very helpful and charming. Perfect for small group of young travellers!
